The location of the hotel is excellent. Train station yards away from the hotel, 50 mins direct line into Waterloo and 3 mins to Windsor. Close to Ascot for the races and Wentworth for the golf – perfect location! We were moved to the hotel so didn’t stay in the Cottage, the room was a good size, large bed and generally clean. Datchet is a pretty little village with shops, cafe’s, Lebanese restaurant, pub and a fantastic Indian restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Vivian, what a lovely lady she made us feel so welcome!
